Orders for Zangra products are placed with the manufacturer in Belgium every 2 weeks (usually on the first and third Thursday of the month after 12:00 noon). The delivery time for such orders is up to 20 working days in Poland, usually shorter. If the product is made to order, you will see the following information:
Availability: on request, max. 20 days subject to availability in the manufacturer's warehouse
If we do not have a given product in stock in Poland, the order will be processed provided that the product is in the manufacturer's warehouse. If it is not available, we will notify you and together we will find a solution that will be the best for you.
Not all Zangra products can be found in our store because:
- the offer of this manufacturer's products is very wide, and we already have over 800 products on sale
- some products can only be ordered with personal collection in Belgium.

What are the properties of brass?
Brass is an alloy consisting mainly of zinc and copper. It is much yellower than pure copper or bronze and has long been valued for its durability and almost golden colour.
Brass is resistant to moisture, does not rust and is easy to maintain. Over time, its shiny surface naturally oxidises, developing a characteristic grey-green patina known as "verdigris". This is a natural ageing process and is not grounds for a complaint or covered by the warranty.
