Orders for Zangra products are placed with the manufacturer in Belgium every 2 weeks (usually on the first and third Thursday of the month after 12:00 noon). The delivery time for such orders is up to 20 working days in Poland, usually shorter. If the product is made to order, you will see the following information:

If we do not have a given product in stock in Poland, the order will be processed provided that the product is in the manufacturer's warehouse. If it is not available, we will notify you and together we will find a solution that will be the best for you.
Not all Zangra products can be found in our store because:
- the offer of this manufacturer's products is very wide, and we already have over 800 products on sale
- some products can only be ordered with personal collection in Belgium.

What exactly is enamel?
Enamel is a protective layer of fused glass applied to metal objects. It is smooth, hard, highly hygienic, non-flammable, durable and colourfast.
Because enamelling is carried out by hand rather than by machine, the enamel may be applied in varying thicknesses to the unfinished casting, resulting in small surface irregularities. Small black spots, pores or uneven edges may be visible. These are part of the characteristic appearance of enamelware and do not affect its protection against corrosion. Enamel products are available in different colours, and slight colour variations may occur within a batch. As production is largely carried out by hand, these minor variations cannot be ruled out. Why do we love enamel so much? It is remarkably durable, easy to clean and reminds us of time spent at our grandmother's house!
What to know when buying enamelware
* Suitable for conventional ovens and gas or electric hobs.
* Enamelware is not suitable for microwave ovens because it contains metal.
* Enamelware can be used over an open flame.
* To extend the life of enamel items, hand washing is best, even if they are dishwasher-safe. Opinions differ on this. Think of glassware in a dishwasher: the right detergents keep it clear and beautiful for years, while unsuitable products can leave it dull and marked with white spots. The same applies to enamel tableware. Hand washing is therefore the safest choice. Dishwasher use is possible with suitable detergents and rinse aid.
Is enamelware environmentally friendly?

* Enamelware is strong, retains its shine and colour, and does not shatter. If dropped or knocked, the coating may chip.
* No chemicals are used in production.
* It does not alter the taste of food or drinks.
* Enamel products can last for thousands of years.
