RAGABA

The Ragaba brand is a story of passion, creativity and understanding the value of creation. This story is rooted in the deep need to create that awoke in the hearts of the founders of this production company. Ragaba started its activity over 12 years ago, specializing in the production of wooden components for renowned furniture manufacturers. Thanks to this, the company has accumulated a great deal of knowledge about wood quality and production processes.

It all started in 2013, when the company produced unusual, unique furniture legs with an unusual shape. This production resulted in waste in the form of solid pieces of wood, and the Ragaba team had the gene of thrift and care for resources. Instead of wasting these precious materials, they decided to use them creatively. Someone came up with the idea of ​​carving a cat figure out of wood, which caused great joy and inspiration throughout the team.

Mutual passion for creating and love for children resulted in new ideas. They decided to add paints to the wooden shapes and sandpaper, which allowed children and adults to paint and personalize their own toys many times. This was the initial inspiration for Ragaba.

The brand adopted the name "Ragaba", which comes from the abbreviation RGB, symbolizing color in the color space. Color is of great importance, and this is the guiding principle that guided the founders of the company.

Although the toys are no longer produced, the history of the company has moved on. It turned out that Ragaba has access to a variety of waste, which, after appropriate processing, can become valuable semi-finished products for furniture. This led to the creation of the first furniture project - Ufo tables, in cooperation with the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław and designers Szymon Hanczar and Magda Garncarz.

Then the company decided to develop its idea further and a chance meeting on Facebook led to cooperation with Fablabs, places for design and construction. They were joined by the creative designer-constructor Marcin Gładzik. Soon after, Ragaba built a team full of passion, creativity and mountain-moving skills, but more determined to create beautiful things and deliver them on time.

The Ragaba brand is a story that began with pieces of wood and a cat figurine, and today it is a dynamic company that creates unique furniture and products, always sticking to its original passion for creativity and creation.
